SyncToy v2.0
This is a pretty cool utility that allows you to synchronize files uni or bidirectionally. The interface is easy to use and it works great. For those of us that have been using xcopy to move files around, this provides a nice alternative.
This sync tool is built on the Microsoft Sync Framework. So for you programmers and scripters out there, you may be able to leverage this framework and create your own synchronization solutions.
