Customer Support Possible Virus Email

I received this message from someone I didn't know and it had a file attachment with it. So, obviously something isn't right about it to start with. The following is the break down of the major parts of the message I received.

Here is the subject of this scam email:

payment request from "Airgas"

This email was supposedly sent by:

Customer Support

Here is the body of the email:

[More:]

We recorded a payment request from "Airgas" to enable the charge of $4548.14 on your account.

The payment is pending for the moment.

If you made this transaction or if you just authorize this payment, please ignore or remove this email message. The transaction will be shown on your monthly statement as "Airgas".

If you didn't make this payment and would like to decline it, please download and install the transaction inspector module (attached to this letter).

If you receive an email like this, don't respond to it, or follow any links. JUST DELETE IT
