I received this message in my junk email. So, obviously something isn't right about it to start with. The following is the break down of the major parts of the message I received.

We recently have determined that different computers have logged into your wachovia Online Banking account,and multiple password failures were present before the logons.
We now need you to log into your account and verify your account activity.
