Various CareerBuilder Phishing Emails

I received the following messages in my junk mail folder. So, obviously something isn't right with them from the git go. The following is the break down of the major parts of the messages I received.

Phishing Email 1:

Here is the subject of this phishing email:

CareerBuilder for Employers - WARNING: PARTIAL INSTALLATION

This email was supposedly sent by:

Employer team

Here is the body of the email:

CareerBuilder for Employers March 22, 2009 alert:

We have made modifications to your start Page, and preliminary testing with all versions of Windows Explorer and Mozilla's release.
Easiest thing you can do to check your browser problem is clicking on the page below.
