Bank of America Confirmation Scam Email

I received this message in my junk email. So, obviously something isn't right about it to start with. The following is the break down of the major parts of the message I received.

Here is the subject of this scam email:

Bank of America Warning: using Certificates

This email was supposedly sent by:

Bank of America Confirmation

Here is the body of the email:

Bank of America Warning:

Automatic Installation failed for Bank of America certificate component.
The only thing you can do at the moment is to install the 4.12.2009 version from our website.
That is the same application with the new publisher certificate.

Proceed for further information:
