EuroMillions Lottery Scam Email

I received this message in my junk email. So, obviously something isn't right about it to start with. The following is the break down of the major parts of the message I received.

Here is the subject of this scam email:

CONGRATULATIONS OVER YOUR WINNING FUND !!!

This email was supposedly sent by:

The late release of this result was due to difficulties encountered in sorting out mixed up numbers and email addresses. All 10 winning addresses was randomly selected from a batch of 500,000,000 international emails.
